Hailing from a small town in the hills of Kentucky, Katherine Hudson grew up surrounded by love and music. She’s been performing on stages since the age of three and has been part of several country, bluegrass, and gospel groups throughout the years, including The Colonel Strings, The Blessed Hope Singers, and the Blue Moon Duo, with her mother.

Katharine’s debut single, “Midnight Mountain Ride” was released October 2021 and blends bluegrass and country with a bluesy undertone. The song was inspired by her Appalachian roots and she hopes to be able to give back to her community through her music.

To promote “Midnight Mountain Ride” along with her upcoming EP, A Kentucky Kind of Place, Katharine will be booking shows and touring throughout the midwest and south for the next several months. Recent performances include the Kentucky Bourbon Festival.
